Bridging finance and real-world insight through an elite five-day study programme, connecting over 20 mainland university students with AIA, Hong Kong's leading universities, and key public institutions including the Legislative Council and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.透過五天精英研學體驗，帶領逾二十名內地高校學生深入AIA、香港頂尖學府及立法會、金管局等重要公營機構，在實境中領悟金融保險行業的專業視野與香港獨特優勢。
We create elite pathways for mainland university students to explore the heart of Hong Kong's financial industry through immersive, real-world engagement. Our 2025 Summer Finance Elite Study Programme brought over 20 outstanding university students to AIA, one of Asia's most prominent insurance groups, for in-depth professional exposure. Beyond the corporate world, participants visited Hong Kong's leading universities and pivotal public institutions including the Legislative Council and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the city's governance and financial ecosystem. This programme not only broadens professional horizons but also deepens cross-boundary connections, nurturing a new generation of finance talents who are ready to lead in an increasingly integrated Greater Bay Area.
我們為內地優秀高校學生開闢精英通道，透過沉浸式的實境體驗，深入探索香港金融行業的核心。2025暑期金融精英研學團匯聚逾二十名傑出大學生，走進亞洲頂尖保險集團AIA，獲得深度的專業歷練。除企業參訪外，學員亦走訪香港知名學府及立法會、金管局等重要公營機構，全面認識香港的治理架構與金融生態。本計劃不僅拓展學員的專業視野，更深化跨境聯繫，為大灣區培育新一代具備領導力的金融人才。
